Bucket Operator / Climber / Crew Leader – Requires 3+ years of experience as a Bucket Operator with experience in leading a team through day-to-day operations with a positive and outgoing attitude.

Experienced Climber with knowledge of proper rigging, cabling, pruning, and felling

Pay $25 to $40 per hour depending on experience.

➢ Grounds Person, this is one of the most essential positions in tree removals, the grounds person would have a keen eye and take pride in leaving our customers properties looking better than when we arrived. This position requires working safely with job hazards including but not limited to equipment and vehicle operation, drop zone awareness and electrical hazards. Must be able to work in all types of terrain and regularly lift/ drag/ pull 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Pay $20 to $27 per hour depending on experience.

Key Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be capable of passing a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license.
• Hold or be willing to obtain: First Aid/CPR certification, Class “B” CDL License, and Electrical Hazards Awareness Program

Must communicate effectively with management, team members and clients. Candidates should be passionate & motivated to continue their knowledge & skillset.

Knowledgeable of ANSI industry standards in climber safety and pruning

Compensation

• Typical work week is 40 hrs. 4 days a week 10 hrs. a day or 5 - 8 hours days. There will be emergency workdays that pay time and half or Holidays that pay double time.
• Sign on bonus based on experience and qualifications
